Rays vs Athletics
Coco Crisp hit a single to get the winning run in the 13th inning and the Oakland Athletics beat 1-0 on Friday to the Tampa Bay Rays.
Ryon Healy added a double to start play against Dylan Floro (0-1) and both Healy and threw their helmets Crisp air after a win that took 3 hours and 31 minutes.
John Axford (4-3) pitched the 12th and the 13th for the win. Athletics rookie Sean Manaea struck out seven and walked none in eight innings. He retired the first 14 batters he faced before Corey Dickerson singled with two outs in the fifth, which put the first runner on base for the Rays.

Dodgers vs Cardinals

Rockies vs. Braves

Padres vs Nationals
Matt Kemp hit two homers and drove in four runs, rookie Luis Perdomo Dominican pitched seven innings with efficiency and San Diego Padres 5-3 on Friday they beat the Washington Nationals, to leave behind a streak of four consecutive defeats.
Perdomo (4-4) allowed two runs in the first inning but limited the Nationals to two hits in the last six innings in his longest of the season out. Brandon Maurer worked one innings for his fourth save.
Jayson Werth homers and Daniel Murphy managed by Washington, which however suffered its fourth loss in five games.
Tanner Roark (9-6) had his shortest outing since June 5, the last only five innings on the mound. He allowed five runs and four hits. For the first time this season, they connected two home runs in the same game.
Phillies vs Pirates
Zach Eflin managed the first shutout in his career, in fulfilling its eighth opening and the Philadelphia Phillies beat the Pirates 4-0 in Pittsburgh.
Eflin (3-3) struck out six strikeouts, allowed three hits and no walks. He made 100 pitches for his second complete game this month.
Although it has been in the majors for only 39 days, the 22-year pitcher is just one of seven carry more than one complete game this season.
Cameron Rupp rocked a homer and drove in three runs, while Venezuelan Odúbel Herrera finished with three hits and scored twice for the Phillies, who came to grief after losing four of five games.
Rupp produced the first race of the duel in the sixth inning, when Herrera scored thanks to its simple, with the bases loaded and no outs. Gerrit Cole (5-6) emerged unscathed from the rest of the inning but took the loss when receiving a run in six innings.
