I have followed Ligue 1 in France for about 10 years and I have been able to observe its continuous and steady progress, with actions and decisions that improve each new season, always seeking the ideal, for the good of French football, both administratively, as in sports.

Players like Neymar, Mbappe, Messi, Keylor Navas, Sergio Ramos, Ben Yedder and those who will arrive this new season, will make French football, in its local league, continue to grow and be seen in millions of homes, all over the planet.

In my opinion, being a former soccer player, the French League has nothing to envy to the other leagues in Europe, be it England, Spain, Italy, Germany, Portugal, or any other, since the sports and infrastructure level is very similar

That's why it bothers me a lot, when I read or listen to "Journalists" from those same leagues, trying to minimize French football, with its baseless arguments and full of hidden interests, which only seek to turn off the light itself, which has built to base of work, dedication, sacrifice and years of continuous and hard work, the administrators, both of the Ligue, as well as of the French soccer federation and all the entities, sponsors and people linked to that great league, which week after week, entertains and it is loved, not only in France, but in millions of homes, all over the world.

It seems to me that it is not worth it, nor should it shine, minimizing the League of another country, to highlight yours.

Shameful comments like:

1 - PSG, has beaten the "very powerful" team X ".

2 - Mbappé, Messi, Neymar, have done a Hat-Trick, to the well-known team X.

3 - The French league is the weakest and weakest league in all of Europe.

4- The French league is a farmers' league, without level.

These are four repetitive examples, in programs and newspapers, in some countries, where they believe that soccer does not exist, beyond their borders, or that this sport is only played professionally in their respective leagues and does not exist, or is amateur both in France and in the rest of the world.

There really are people in this industry, who embarrass the profession as such, they have forgotten, that they are the issuers of the news and not the news, that they are there to inform in the most truthful, convincing and credible way, always corroborating, that the information that is going to be given to the public, is true and authentic
