Fulham beat Brentford 2-1 in the Championship play-off final on Tuesday (August 4) to return to the Premier League after a single season at the English second tier.
Defender Joe Bryan hit twice in extra time after the two London teams were locked 0-0 at the end of the 90th minute at Wembley.
Henrik Dalsgaard scored a late consolation for Brentford.
Full back Bryan broke the deadlock for Fulham in the 105th minute when he caught Brentford goalkeeper David Raya with a free kick from the left side that was 35 yards away.
While Raya and everyone else waited for a cross, Bryan spun the ball around the near post to break the deadlock.
Bryan wrapped up Fulham's win with three minutes of extra time left when he grabbed the second of the night.
The left back traded passes with Aleksandar Mitrovic and stroked Raya from inside the box to give Fulham boss Scott Parker the biggest victory of his short managerial career.
The promotion was confirmed for Fulham, but only after Henrik Dalsgaard retired one for Brentford in the 124th minute
