Almost three months after Kobe Bryant's death, Vanessa remembered her husband on her anniversary day with an emotional post on Instagram.
Vanessa Bryant, widow of Kobe Bryant, recalled her husband in an emotional Instagram post about what would have been her 19th wedding anniversary. Within three months of the death of the NBA star in a plane crash, Vanessa accompanied the message with a photograph of the two.
"My king, my heart, my best friend. Happy 19th wedding anniversary baby. I miss you so much. I wish you were here to hug me. I love you ”, wrote Vanesa. He attached an old photo of Kobe kissing her on the cheek, which has received more than four million likes.
Kobe Bryant and Vanessa met in 1999 during a music video session. The NBA icon was 20 and Vanessa, 17, when they met for their first date at Disneyland. The Angeles Lakers figure proposed to Vanessa after she turned 18 and they were married on April 18, 2001.
