Good morning my name is Jose Alvarado, I am the person who inserts sports on this page, today I will not talk about football, or any discipline of Rio 2016, or Cristiano Ronaldo, Messi or Keylor Navas, I want to talk about how I have lost 42 lbs of weight in these eight months until this day August 17 2016.
I start telling you that my weight was 395 lbs exactly eight months and 7 days ago ago, that day I went to the nearest pharmacy and see what was weighing gave me a feeling of great sadness and I said to myself, it is not possible you're weighing that big amount, you must do something and is right now, so I started to do something that you too can do, there is nothing magical, it's something simple, it just needs your effort, your desire to reach your goal, daily dedication and a little mental strengthening.
My way to lower 42 pounds is do five minutes of exercise in a Orbitrek is a very complete machine like a bicycle, learned to eat as that is a small cup the size of my hand, like all, but more fruits, vegetables, fish, chicken, lots of water.
To take my anxiety and burn fat I use a simple homemade recipe that will bring many benefits to your body, half a lemon, a tablespoon of honey and a teaspoon of cinnamon powder, heat the water in a regular cup for two minutes, you add honey, lemon and cinnamon powder, let sit for 10 minutes you take it before breakfast and before going to sleep at night.
I still have a lot of weight to lose, because my desire is to have two hundred pounds less than the year 2018, almost I came to 50 recessed and that motivates me to keep fighting, I know you who are reading this note can also achieve, just remember that most people who are obese is because we eat too much and without control, product of anxiety, everyday problems that life puts us either personal, social or professional.
Do not pretend to lower all the exes weight we have other, pills, magic formulates and all things that you advertise in the media, the only way you can do it slowly, sacrifice, patience , believing in yourself, eating healthily measures, doing daily exercise, even if they are five minutes and see results.
Remember that the limits of human beings are in our mind.
