Vincenzo Nibali is the winner of the Giro d'Italia. The Shark dynamited the race in La Lombarda, made a brilliant descent and finished Sant'Anna di Vinadio in his big bet that won the game for the Colombian Esteban Chaves, who could not keep up with transalpine.
