The judge does not issue any injunction or set no bail for the two accused, as both have shown "collaboration" in the judicial process and have voluntarily paid all the fees allegedly defrauded.
He also notes in its order that "the public nature of the defendants extremely difficult that might escape the course of justice", plus "are known people and entities whose income, which greatly reduces the risk of insolvency ".
The prosecution requested 18 months imprisonment for the father only front for defrauding 4.1 million euros to finance, and requests the file of the case for football, against which initially sued.
