Yesterday I started the professional football league of Costa Rica. In the first game Cartagines and the University of Costa Rica at the end of the 90 minutes tied with marker of 0 x 0 in match very disputed and with actions of goal in both areas.
The second match was played by the champion of the tournament past the Herediano vs Municipal Guadalupe, game with many emotions, but little effectiveness in the final touch, which showed that the teams are not loose yet and felt a little pre season, at the end Of the match tied 0 x 0 with a nice attendance of fans.
Another attractive game was played in the national stadium of Costa Rica, there the newly arrived to the first division the municipal Greece vs Alajuelense of the Spanish coach, former Real Madrid, Benito Floro.
We saw a highly contested match, with two teams delivered, with very interesting offensive moves, with a Patrick Pemberton (goalkeeper Alajuelense) very well plumbed, with feline reflexes and a very high level. Greece tried but always head-to-head with the great level of Pemberton and the Alajuelense defense.
Alajuelense is already capturing the idea of coach Benito Floro and the fact made today with goals from Jose Luis Cordero, Jonathan Mcdonald and Kevin Gutierrez with tremendous goal. In the end, Alajuelense 3 vs Greece 0.
Another team that started with the three points was the Saprissa sportsman, who played against Carmelita FC, in game with offensive proposal by both teams.
In the end, the score was scored by the Honduran international, Jerry Bengtson, Argentine, Mariano Torres, Marvin Angulo and Luis Stewart Pérez. For Carmelita FC they scored, Olman Vargas and Ignacio Quesada.
In another game Limon FC with goals from Andriy Francis and Kareem Mclean defeated Liberia FC who scored goal through Kenneth Garcia 2 x 1 in the game played at the stadium Juan Goban of the beautiful Caribbean city Limon.
And to complete the first date in the Costa Rican soccer league, Santos de Guápiles with goals from Edder Monguio, Raimond Salas, and Kenny Cunningham defeats Pérez Zeledón 4 x 0 in a match played in the Ebal Rodriguez stadium before a lot of fans.
