Novak Djokovic has accused critics of subjecting him to a "witch hunt" after his regional Adria Tour tennis event ended in a covid-19 failure and said he was still unsure if he would play on August 31 at September 13, the US Open.

World No. 1 Djokovic, fellow Serbians Viktor Troicki, Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov and Croatian Borna Coric tested positive for the virus and the Adria Tour event ended up being suspended.
