As a young man, the Manchester United striker benefited from free school meals, which are no longer available to young people who have to stay home.

"If this had happened 10 or 15 years ago, it would definitely have affected me as a child in the position I was in," Rashford told the Man Utd official website.

"It's something I thought, if there is a way to try to help people and children especially, let's try to do it."

Without a doubt, it is a great gesture worthy of rescue by the player of the red devils.

  In difficult times, it is where the true heroes come out, those who give full hands and spare no effort, without expecting anything in return, other than the fulfilled satisfaction of helping other people who are having a hard time, as in this case, children from children's dining rooms.

The player has partnered with the Fareshare Foundation, a national network of charitable food distributors that carry supplies to community groups.
