Four young people were arrested in Panama for the murder of national soccer player Amílcar Henríquez and one of his acquaintances in the Caribbean city of Colón, local media reported.
Three minors and a 19-year-old man were arrested Saturday night after a police chase in the Sagrada Resurrección sector, hours after the Panamanian team and two others were shot in the Nuevo Colón neighborhood.
In the house where the suspects were at the moment of being caught a weapon was possibly used in the attack that caused the death of the sportsman and the young Delano Wilson.
In addition the police found a vehicle type vinotinto sedan that agrees with the description of that the attackers used. The car had a report of theft and several bullet wounds, according to the newspaper 'Crítica'.

Henríquez, father of three children and 33 years old, died hours later in a polyclinic in Colon, his hometown and one of the most dangerous in the country.
The midfielder, a key piece of his coach, Colombian Hernán Darío Gómez, played in the last four days of the hexagonal Concacaf to the 2018 World Cup in Russia, where Panama is third.
