The four scheduled matches ended, on the second day of competition, in the group stage of the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup, Costa Rica 2022

In the first hour, the U20 women from the United States thrashed Ghana with a resounding final score of 3 x 0, in a game held at the Alejandro Morera Soto stadium, in the beautiful city of Alajuela.

Japan has also won on this second day of competition, with a score of 1 x 0 against the U20 women from the Netherlands

In the third of the matches, Nigeria defeated France, with a score of 1 x 0, in a game that suffered from heavy rain, which forced the central referee to suspend the match for a few minutes at the San Jose National Stadium.

In the last game of the day, Korea Republic, won 2 x 0 against Canada, in a beautiful and intense game, dominated mostly by Asian women, with sporadic offensive plays by the Canadian team.
