Soccer returns, in the Promerica League, of Costa Rica / Date 01

Tomorrow begins the inaugural tournament of the Promerica soccer league in Costa Rica

This year, the teams have strengthened very well, which will guarantee a very exciting season and great football matches, among the 12 teams that make up this league, in the Central American country.

 The first six games, date one of the 2020 season, of which five will be played normally, except for the Cartagines vs Sporting San Jose game, which has been suspended by UNAFUT, for two cases of COVID-19, on the staff of the team that I lead, coach Hernan Medford.

This year there were many transfer movements, where Alajuelense, repatriated the star of Costa Rica, who played, in different teams in Europe during 14 years of career, emerging champions with Twente from Holland and Sporting CP from Portugal, plus two World Cups with the Costa Rican team, where Bryan Ruiz Gonzalez scored three goals (Brazil 2014 and Russia 2018).

  The red and black team, "Alajuelense" also, has hired the center forward, scorer in two, of the last three tournaments, of the Costa Rican soccer league, in which he played with San Carlos, and with several seasons in soccer. MLS ( Salt Lake City, DC United ) , Bristol City from England and  FC Sion from Switzerland, Álvaro Saborío Chacón

Herediano signed Jonathan McDonald, former player and scorer with Alajuelense, for many years, with a step in the soccer of Qatar, Colombia and Sweden

Saprissa, repatriated the players, Daniel Colindres and Jimmy Marin, from Israel and Asian football

Cartagines, signed for this season, Allen Guevara, who will play 10 years with Alajuelense, and the player Kenner Gutiérrez

The five scheduled games will be played between Friday, Saturday and Sunday, at different times, in the country, with the greatest diversity environmental, from all over the world.
